BARNATO WILL DISPUTE,

The decision in the long-standing sensational Barnato will case has been announced by the Chancery Court. The parties agreed that Solly Joel and J. Joel give Woolf Batnato almost a million pounds, representing his share of the profits in the firm of Barnato Brothers fnom the death of the father, Barney Barnato, m 1897, to 1916, when Woolf came of age. The ease never reached the court, but involved on intense legal struggle. Immense sums were spent in searching out evidence, including investigations of the books of the Barnato brothers, covering thirty years, which alone occupied Woolf's solicitor eight years, ft is understood that Woolf’s sister and heirs are dead.
