LIQUOR SHIPS.
GOING OUT OF BUSINESS
Received Mav 21, 10.15 a.m. NEW YORK, May 20.
Halifax; reports state that; 13 liquor ships have been docked. Borne are discharging i heir cargoes and will re-enter the freighting business, while others are sailing with the liquor still in the holds. The “dry” officials here interpret this as confirmation of the blockade’s effectiveness. One vessel is now reported to be in rum row. — A. and N.Z. cable.
