DROWNING ACCIDENT.

FAILURE .TO SAVE FRIEND. MELBOURNE/ May 18. Two Norwegians, Kruse and Skald, members of the crew of a ship lying at Geelong, were rowing aboard when the boat capsized and both v.’Oie drowned.
