CHARGE AGAINST MOTORIST.

The Supreme Court was occupied all day with the case of alleged manslaughter against John Thomas Martin—a charge arising out of an accident at Stratford, on March 18. when Thomas B. Brattle was killed. Brattle was found on the roadside, in the evening, suffering from grave injuries, and died in a few minutes. That night Marlin was a rrested, the allegation being that Martin was drunk while driving a motor ear, and that he knocked down deceased .proceeding without stopping. The case is unfinished.
