WANGANUI TRAINING NOTES. Per Press Association. WANGANUI, May 19. The weather was line this morning for training operations and some good work was done. Good Sport ran six furlongs in 1.15 4-5. Imperial Spark did the last live of seven furlongs in 1.5 4-5. Oinahu ran a mile in 1.50. Fool’s Paradise hud a shade the better of Alarie, with Eilburu beaten off, at the end pt seven furlongs run in 1.34. Ruby iting beat Lipsol over six furlongs in 1.17. Ora’s Delight and Gaillard covered four furlong in 49 4-osec together. Master Peter and Black Art were companions over the fences, both jumping well, the former being in front. Otauru shaped better than Gluement over the hurdles. Mahuru was too good for Bonibrook over the fences, but pulled up lame: Megan ran a mile in 1-45. Carawock and Buckeye went over the fences together, the former pleasing most. Dubious and Maunga shaped fairly well over the hurdles. Comical was too good for Trespass in a round over the hurdles. Puwhero was much better than Sansalino and Landbird in a mile and a-half over the fences. Gold Jacket, Glencanny, Dick, Sanforte, Archeen, Mahia and Admiral Codrington and many others did useful woiic.
