SPANISH FORCES LANDED. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received March 31. 1.15 p.iu. MADRID, March 30. An official communique states that a column commanded by General Souza, in cooperation with the fleet and the air force, effected a landing at Elkazrsequir, half way between Ceeut and Tangier on an exposed flank of tho enemy. Weak resistance was experienced. It is noteworthy that this zone, which the Spanish General Staff has selected for the long-expected counter-offensive, io occupied by Anjera tribesmen, formerly friendly to Spain, who recently adhered to the socalled Riftian Republic. Tho re opening of hostilities coincides with the Mohammedan fast of Ramadan, which the Riffions strictly observe.—Reuter.
