DR DUNDAS MACKENZIE.
NAME REMOVED FROM REGISTER. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, March 30. Mr Justice Herdman, in delivering judgment in the Dundas Mackenzie case, decided that Dr. Mackenzie’s name be removed from the medical register of New Zealand, and fixed two years as tho time in which he may apply for re-registration. Counsel for Dr. Mackenzie intimated an intention to appeal.
