DEEP MOURNING.
MERCHANT’S DISLIKE.
SYDNEY, Feb. 22. John Burke, of Newcastle, produce merchant, died on January 12 last, aged 87, and his estato has now, for probate purposes, been sworn at £22,084. He directed his trustees to pay £IOO to his widow as soon as practicable after his death and out of the rents of his estate she was to receive an annuity of £520, the balance of the rents to be divided amongst his five children. Mr Burke expressed the wish that tho members of his family should not go into deep mourning because of his death.
