EXAMINATION RESULTS. In connection with the recent examinations conducted in Palmerston North by the Marine Department the following candidates were successful: —V. E, Hudson (Palmerston North), thirdclass marine engineer; J. Joseph (Foxton), river certificate oil-driven vessel; M. Signal (Levin), second-class stationary engine-driver; E. t). Nissen (Horopito), first-class stationary enginedriver; J. McGinnecy (Wellington), third-class marine engineer.
