Mr .Chad, East, has returned and will resumo mtwio tuition on Tuesday, February 10th. Superintendent Barnard, of the fire brigade, mentioned to-day that the fire alarm system recently installed in Palmerston North is patented by a New ZealiindcT. The machine is made in New Zealand, tho recording instruments only being the work of an American firm.
