"NEW ZEALAND HAS HAD ITS DAY." BYES TURNED ON AUSTRALIA. [By Electric Telegraph .—Copyright.) Received February 7, 9.55 a.m. MELBOURNE, Feb 7. Mr 0. L. Lock, a well-known Victorian grazier, who returned from a visit to New Zealand by the Niagara, states that New Zealand has had its day. "Land is not selling there now," he said, "and many of its young graziers, men with anything from £IOOO upwards, are turning their eyes towards Australia." Mr Maurice McNamara, stock and station agent, of Melbourne, shares this view.—Press Association.
