BOYS' EXPLOITS
SEVERAL ARTICLES STOLEN. SEQUEL IN THE COURT. P«r Preis Association. AUCKLAND, Feb. 7. The exploits of throe boys or 15 years who left home to lead a lite of adventure were related in the juvenile court to-day. when they were charged with the. theft' of a shotgun, five blankets and cutlery valued at £6o. The police stated that after the thefts the lads; hid their loot in the Domain. They went to Mercer for a couple of days and then returned and took up their residence in tho Domain. Subsequently they stole a dinghy and rowed across to Rangitoto Island and were camped in an old whare for a week. Later they returned to the city and ransacked a warehouse. They were captured while on the way back to the camp in the Domain. The ringleader was admitted to probation for three years and the others for two years.
