AUCKLAND WOMAN'S DEATH.

CORONIAL INQUIRY

Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Jan. 7. An inquest concerning the death of Janet McMullan, who died suddenly while being treated by a toilet specialhit, vraa held to-day: Florence Chatterton stated that deceased was one of her customers. Witness was treating her for the removal of skin wrinkles on the face, and she wa» being assisted by her husband. Five minutes after the treatment began, deceased became distressed as if in a fit. Efforts were made to revive her, but when a doctor arrived in a few minutes death had then occurred. John Chatterton said that the treatment would not involve much distress to the person receiving it. Dr. Murray said a post mortem examination showed three distinct complaints, any one of which might hove had a. fatal result. Death was due to syncope. The coroner returned a verdict accordingly, adding that no blame was attachable to anyone.
