TENDERING FOR MEDAL.
DISSATISFACTION IN AUCKLAND
Per Prets Association. AUCKLAND, Jan. 7. At a mooting of the Auckland Centre of tho New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association it was resolved that: "The Auckland centre regards with surprise the acceptances of a southern tender by the New Zealand council for the championship medals of 1925, and oannot see its way to accept medals from the council unless Auckland jewellers aro given equal rights of tendering." It was also resolved that a carnival be held in the Domain on January 24.
