PADDON’S CONDITIONS. Received December 10, 10.30 a.m. SYDNEY, Dec. 10. Paddon has announced that he has decided to Jet the world’s sculling championship go to McDevitt, but he stipulates that this is on the condition that (McDevitt and Goodsell have the first race for the title. The winner is then to row Hadfield if the latter wants a race for the title. In the event of McDevitt and Goodsell not agreeing to the conditions, Paddon states that both will have to race him in the 'new year.—Press Association.
