THIRTEEN UNDESIR ABLES. ROUND-UP OF COMMUNISTS. ' PARIS, Dec. 7. Yesterday’s round-up in the Coinmu nist quarters ol the city' produced a “bag” of 13 undesirable aliens, comprising six Belgians, six Italians and one Swiss. All have been deported. The police took special precautions at Ronbaix to-day on the occasion of the visit of M. llerriot to attend a banquet. Numbers of Communists and Royalists booed the Premier on his arrival and scuttles occurred asM. Herriot drove through the streets. A score of Royalist youths who were arrested were subsequently released. Communists, headed by Deputy Cachin, paraded the streets during the banquet shouting, “Vive Sadoul, Vive Revolution.” Cachin delivered a speech which was not marked by any incident. 31.
