SOVIET’S NEW METHOD
MOSCOW, July 21. The Soviet is exploiting a new means of assessing taxes. Officials privately take flashlight photographs of the audiences at expensive night cabarets and thereafter demand a fantastic income tax. If the victims protest, they are confronted with the photographs, not infrequently revealing them in compromising company.—A. and N.Z. cable.
