In reference to the Rugby League securing the lease of tho Forbury Park for August 9th for tho test with the English team, at the instigation of the Rugby Union’s lawye'-'s a letter has been despatched to the Forbury Park (Trotting Club intimating that the club’s concurrence in the proposal is an infringement of the union’s lease of Forbury Park and will be resisted.
