TIENTSIN IN DANGER.
HIGH FLOOD WATERS. Received July 22, 11.40 a.m. PEKIN, July 21. The menace to Tientsin lias returned, the flood waters, 15 miles from Tientsin, registering 22 feet. The danger is aggravated by Hie refusal of the Chinese authorities to cut several dykes and allow the water lo overflow the rice lands between Tientsin and Pekin, which step bus been recommended by engineers.—Router.
