RESIGNS AFTER DEFEAT. LONDON, July 21. The Daily Express’s Athens correspondent says that the Papanastasian Government has resigned after a defeat in the Chamber, following a debate in which deputies engaged in fisticuffs and kicked each other, while others drew revolvers. One member tore out half of bis adversary’s moustache. Greece presents a lamentable spectacle in the National Assembly, whereat rlie whole nation laughs, and the army is execrated by the people. —A. and N.Z. cable.
