MEN DISABLED IN WAR.

COMPULSION FOR EMPLOYERS. LONDON, May 26. The House of Commons, without a division, read a second time a Bill making it compulsory for every employer of labour to employ a percentage of men disabled in the war. Altogether there are 080,000 of them in Britain. The second reading was moved by a member of Parliament on crutches, Mr D, P. Pielou, a Conservative, who said that it was intended to compel employers to employ disabled men to the extent of 5 per cent, of their staffs.
