SUGGESTED BOYCOTT. JAPANESE STUDENTS' AGITATION. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received June 11 12.15 p.m. TOKIO. June 10. Representatives of the Kikosha Society, an anti-American organisation, principally composed of students, visited the retail stores advocating the boycott of American goods. The majority of the managers agreed to the principle of the boycott, but the manager of the largest department store angered tho students by declining to give a definito answer because it being a joint stock concern he was unable to pledge the shareholders.
