FIRE AT WELLINGTON.
(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Jan. 30. A twenty-roomed house in Ihompson street, owned and occupied by Mr Stanley liempton, was totally destroyed by fare early this morning. Mr liempton and another man were the only occupants at the time Nothing was saved but some blankets which they seized in their hurried escape. The insurances on tho building were £7OOO and on the contents £750.
