CROQUET GALA DAY.
ON MANAWATU CLUB’S GREENS. A croquet gala day, the proceeds of which are to augment the funds of the Manawatu Croquet Association, was opened this morning on the greens of the Manawatu Club. Mr 3 Corbridge; target, Mesdames Robertson and Campbell; putting, Mrs Rhodes Williams; progressive croquet, Mesdames Bull and McLeod. A committee of ladies under Mrs C. A. E.
