ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL.
COMING VISIT OF CANADIANS. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Jan. 29. With reference to the cable published oil Monday, that a Canadian team is likely to tour Australia and New Zealand, officials of the New Zealand Football Association state that a letter has been received from the Football Association of Australia, stating that it lias completed arrangements with Canada and that it is prepared to make arrangements for a live weeks’ tour in New Zealand. The letter, however, does not contain full particulars. The matter is hung up for further details. It is almost certain, however, that arrangements can be completed for a visit of the team. A Chinese team will probably arrive in the Dominion in May.
