SECRET CORONATION IN PARES,

The Baily Express’s Paris correspondent says that the Grand Buko Ctyril, cousin of the late Czar, has been secretly crowned Czar Of all the Russians. The coronation took place a few days ago behind shuttered windows in a private house, in Bellevue, a little forest town near Paris. The Grand Duke Nicholas has been recognised for twd years as the leader of the White Russians, but he prefers to reside siiuply at his countiy hdtiSb in France, having feet his face absolutely against any attempted armed intervention in Russia, but Sifted the recent alTiVal of Russians who left Constantinople after the arrival of Eeiiiui Pnslia there has been a recrudescence of feeling in favour of direct action to restore the Russian monarchy, the Grand Duke Cyril being pressed to accept the crown secretly. A provisional government had been formed, which eventually made a formal and solemn declaration that the Grand Bake Cyril was the rightful successor to Czardom.
The coronation cefemdfty was sure*fy oiie of the strangest in history and one of the most pathetic. There were ten present who formerly held high offices in the. The Customs are holding a quantity of jewellery, said to be the Romanoff family jewels, and to have been brought by Prince Felix Fussoupoff for sale in America.
