PARIS, Dec. 2(T The Reparations Commission to-day officially nominated 15, delegates who will represent the Allies and the United States upon -the two committees to ihvestigato Germany's finances. Committee No. 1 will deal with the stabilisation of German currency and the balancing of the Budget. It will meet on January 5. The No. 2 committee will deal with the disappearance of capital ■ from Germany and will meet on January 20 at Paris. The latter committee’s meeting date was delayed .because a Mr Henry Robbrtson, president of the Los Angelos First National Ranh, was unable to arrive in Paris aboner.
