ELECTRIC SHOCKS.

ASHBURTON, Dec. 28. High wind this morning blew down an electric light pole rotted near the ground near the old men’s home. A lad named Alec McNalley apparently touched the naked wire and received a severe shock. He was conveyed to the hospital.
