Received July 18, 11.50 a.m. ' CAPETOWN, July 17. The South African branch of the Empire Parliamentary Association has muod. invitations to the delegates of the British Dominions' Associations to visit South Africa in September, 1924. Twelve invitations have been issued to the United Kingdom, eight to Canada and Australia, four to New Zealand, and two to Newfoundland. , , , . It is proposed to make a grand tour 0 the country, and to visit all the principal mining and agricultural centres and places of historical interest.-A. and N.Z. cable.
