RELIGION IN BELFAST.
EFFECTS OF THE REVIVAL. LONDON, Feb. 28. The Daily Mail’s Belfast correspondent reports that the religious revival, started by the Presbyterian minister, Pastor Nicholson, is now in full flame. There have been astonishing results, eveh among tho Quean’s Island shipbuilders, who are notoriously hard cases. Stolen bags of tools have been returned, swearing has been cut out, and the men are sending their children to Sunday schools, where ex-gunmen are teaching classes. A typical revival hymn contains the following: Peace is proclaimed; all is well. ! Tho Devil slopes off down to Hell. —A. and N.Z. cable. •ssssss ’sssssrszsisae
