CONCENTRATION OF TROOPS. ENFORCING TERMS OP PEACE. Received March 2, 9.55 a.m. LONDON, March L The Daily Express’s Constantinople correspondent says it is understood that Kemal will adopt a Cromwellian policy if the Angora Assembly continues to reject his final terms of peace. • He has concentrated large bodies of troops at Eski Shehir with the view of such an eventuality.—A. and N.Z. cable, ANGORA’S CABINET’S DECISION. ISMET’S ATTITUDE ENDORSED. LONDON, Feb 28. The Daily Mail’s special representative at Angora advises that the Turkish Cabinet has reached unanimity on the recommendations to be sent to the Assembly, fully endorsing lamet’s attitude at Lausanne. This means that the Turks will stand out for a two months’ adjournment of the conference in order to discuss the economic clauses, while accepting the Allied proposals for a modified form of the temporary judicial rtgime to replace the capitulations, Cabinet believes the recommendations will bo adopted by the National Assembly.—A. and N.Z. cable.
