HOUSE DAMAGED.
STRUCK BY TIMBER. WAGGON. TWO ROOMS WRECKED. (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Sept. 1. A large timber waggon belonging to J. J. Craig, Ltd., heavilv loaded with iron pipes, and drawn by three horses, got out of control when going down bill at Brighton road, Parnell. It crashed into a house occupied by Mr E. Faber, the verandah and two front rooms being practically wrecked. The driver of tho waggon and the occupants of the house escaped injury.
