PLANS TO MEET RUSSIANS. Received Juno 23, 9.10 a,in. THE HAGUE, June 22. The private property committee is discussing the procedure and plants to meet the Russians. One delegate is of the opinion that the Russians should ho forbidden to speak, but most of the others are agreed that the best way would be to put only written questions to tliem, and if the Russians made speeches that no reply should be made.
