LONDON, May 10. _ Did Arthur Oasson dio before his wife when both were drowned while asleep on a yacht at Torquay. Such was the tiddle submitted to Mr Justice Russell, in Chancery, in order to decide whether the wife’s estate should go to her next of kin or to her husband's. Medical evidence showed that th< husband died of drowning, and the wif< of the shock of the sudden immersion. Expert evidence was called on boti sides, hut the riddle was unsolved. The parties agreed to a settlement.
