THREAT oTTmPRISONMENT. Received June 13. 12.25 p.m, PEKIN, June 12. Dr. Sun Yat Sen has issued a manifesto in which he threatens to imprison the Chinese Parliament and prevent the proposed presidential election if Wu-Ting-Fung resumes the Premiership at Pekin in succession to Feng-Hue-Ching. —A. and N.Z. cable.
