ATHENS, May 19.
M. Gounaris has resigned and M. StratoJ is unable to form a Ministry. The only solution seems to be a new election, which. the Yenizelists demand, being sure of victory, but the present Greek Chamber is invested with the privileges of a National Assembly and cannot be dissolved except by its own vote.—A. and N.
