ACCOUNTANTS' SOCIETY.
The local members of tho Now Zealand Society of Accountants held a special meeting last evening. Matters in connection with the present land and income lax were discussed and many anomalies and inconsistencies were deal! with. The results of the discussion will be submitted to the executive committee in Wellington, for reference to the taxation committee.
