tho name Was changed io the Shorthorn Society of New Zealand. Officials were elected as follows President, Mr R. E, Alexander (Lincoln); vice-president, Air A. Hunter (Hawera); council, Messrs W, G. Park (To Awarnutu), G. Hoddart (Lincoln), R. Millar (Whangarei), and J. A. Johngone (Dunedin). The award of 14 shields For champion bulls during the coining sea son was allotted ro the following shows; Hamilton, Manawatu, Carterton, Gisborne, Whangarei, Napier, Wanganui, Christ dmrch, Ellesmere, Dunedin, Invercargill limam, Ashburton and Gore.
