FISHER REFUSES'TO,JOIN. LONDON, ( April 3. In declining the Selection Committee's invitation to join the British Davis Cup team, F. M. B. Fisher (formerly of New Zealand) declares that bo has no confidence iu the committee, which had badly failed in its obligations towards tho game, British lawn tennis, ho says, is at. a low ebb, and will continue so under the present committee’s'regime.
