BRITISH PROPOSALS OPPOSED.
Received January 31, 9.10 a.m. PETROGRAD, Jan. 29. M. Krassin has arrived from Moscow. Ho submitted tho proposed Anglo-Russian trade agreement to the Soviet executive which is' now considering it. M Tchitchcrin and M. Lilvinoff hotly opposed Iho agreement and demanded, full diplomatic recognition for Russia. Lenin, on the other hand, supooits I'vir.sin—United Service.
