THE DOVER PATROL.
By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Australian-New Zealand Cable Association. WASHINGTON, Jan. 7. The Secretary of the Navy, Mr Daniels, announces that he lias received £6OOO raised by popular subscription in Britain for the purpose of commemorating the Dover Patrol. The United States will use the funds to erect a Monolith in New York harbour, in honour of the American naval forces who participated in the patrol work.
