W destroyers, andMO submarines. The expense of construction and maintenance oi ibis fleet would bo borne partly by the British Dominion-:, and the acceptance of the plan would be at their discretion. Admiral Jellicoe "and party will sail on the New Zealand, probably for South Africa.
