NEXT FIGHT THE LAST. iuetralmn-iVe-K Zealand Cable Association. Received January 9, 11.25 arm. SYDNEY, Jan. 9. Speaking at a welcome to the Alliance delegates who returned from New Zealand after participating in the prohibition campaign, the Rev. Hammond ' said that the numbers alleged to be informal - votes had been w/ongfully put aside. The liquor trade was so strong "in New Zealand that it was able absolutely to cloud the issue in April and December. He concluded that the energy of the prohibitionists haa somewhat lagged in December as they were suffering' from a sort of war weariness, but in spite of these set backs prohibition was coming in New Zealand and the next fight there on tins issue would probably be the kst one.
