"GO SLOW" POLICY IN MINES.
DETERMINED ATTITUDE, OE MEN
CHRISTCHURCH. Jan. 6.
A prominent member of the Labour Party was asked to-day if ho could throw any light on the latest, developments in connection with the "go-slow" policy, namely, the threat to further reduce the output. Ho replied that lie was not aware of any new condition having arisen. The old grievances had not been remedied, and the latest action was evidently an indication of the miners' determination to have matters adjusted satisfactorily. The movement now begun would probably be continued until the miners' question was settled and finally disposed of.
