Moses Baritz, a lecturer under the auspices of the Marxian Society, who arrived n few weeks ago from Sydney, first lectured on Grand Opera, and then on social subjects, including Bolshevism. lie is understood to lie the first person to whom the provisions of the Undesirable Immigrants Exclusion Act ol last session has been applied, as he has been requested by the authorities to leave for Sydney by the Moernki.
There is power to arrest Maritz. but the opwer has not been exercised on certain conditions.
