RESTIVE RAILWAY OFFICERS.
Per Press Association. WANGANUI, Jan. 8. A meeting of the Wanganui branch of the New Zealand Railway Officers' Institute resolutioned unanimously: "This branch demands that the Executive make strong urgent representations calling on the management to fulfil the terms of the agreement entered into with the Railway Officers' Institute at the conference, also that members reduced in grade in the last classification list bo restored to their original positions. They further point out that although the management promised liboral promotions they have failed signally in this respect, especially in old grade 9, where the promotions are nil.
