DRASTIC LEGISLATION CONTEMPLATED.

Representative Graham has introduced a Bill providing drastic punishment for persons' attempting tho overthrow of the Government Treason is punishable with death. Anyone agitating for' the overthrow of the Government will be subject to a fine of 20,000 dollars and 20 years’ imprisonment and deportation, after serving the sentence, if he bo an alien. Anyone giving financial aid or providing a meeting quarters for Anarchists will be guilty of felony.
