Throe sisters named Timidly, all of Vhom had boon employed at the Christ-, church Hospital as wardmaids, wore charged with having stolen goods to the value of £ll Is, the ,property of the Hospital Board and of other wardmaids. Evidence was given that for some years thieving at th 6, hospital had boon a somewhat serious matter. Accused had been caught, stealing, but it was not suggested that, they were the oVily culprits. The two older girls wore ordered to. come up for sentence when called upon, to report to the probation officer weekly for twelve mouths, and also to pay certain expenses, while the younger'girl was ordered to report to the Catholic priest m her district once a week for a year. -
