LONDON, Dec. 17. . The correspondent of the Times at Budapest states that although Belakun, the former'leader of the_ Hungarian Red Government, is safe in his Austrian retreat, his trial has commenced. The .first allegation against him is that he ordered the murder of Captain JMildner on Jutie 24 without bringing him before the revolutionary tribunal.
