■ . LONDON, Dec, 15. Speaking at the annual meeting ot tho Empire Parliamentary Association, Mr Balfour said that he believed that their partnership in great perils, and great sacrifices, and the great acts ot their heroes would act as a bond or glorious memories between the different parts of the Empire for all time. The Speaker (Mr J. W. Lowther) anncmnced that it was hoped to send a delegation of British members of Parliament to India next winter.
